The Managing
Committee of EUROMAT 2019 is now accepting applications from volunteers who are willing to assist
with the organization of EUROMAT 2019, becoming part of this exciting international event and this
vibrant experience. EUROMAT 2019 volunteers will have the opportunity to network with world‐class
scientists presenting recent advances in emerging materials‐related topics, as well as experience the
organization of a major international event.

Obligations for Volunteers:

• Occupy a specific station during two days, which make the volunteer eligible to two days free attendance to the conference.
  The preferred days should be stated when applying to become a volunteer.
• Wear the official EUROMAT 2019 T‐shirt and jeans while on duty
• Convey information to attendees based on the written instructions received from the organizers
• Arrive at least half an hour prior to their scheduled time at the Conference Venue
• Read, study & follow the volunteer’s manual, which will be sent by the organizers by mid August
• Participate at the Volunteer’s briefing, which will be organized a few days prior to the Conference
• Be helpful and willing throughout their volunteer time

Applicants should:

• Have a very good command of the English language
• Be punctual
• Have a pleasant personality
